All our bouquets are sold online through our website australianbouquetcompany.com.au. Most of our flowers and foliage we grow ourselves on our Sunshine Coast nursery. We also source flowers and foliage from other selected quality Sunshine Coast nurseries where we cannot grow them ourselves.

We do our very best to grow the very best flowers and foliage possible, at affordable prices, and to be fair and honest with our customers.


You must be over 18 to place an order. Our minimum order limit is one item. We have no maximum order limit, providing that we have stock available and listed online.

You do not need to open an account to place an order, by using the Guest Checkout option. If you think that you will need to change or add to your order before payment, please open an account in advance to save your selection. All carts will then be saved for 7 days.

If you place and pay for an order and then decide to cancel it before it is shipped, a $15 administration charge will be applied to cover our staff time in processing this. A refund of the balance will be issued within 10 working days. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Stock levels listed on the website are as accurate as possible and are usually updated daily. We send the best plants we have available at the time.

If you have ordered a bouquet that we are subsequently unable to supply, we’ll get in touch with you to offer a substitute where possible or offer a refund if a similar item is not available.


You can pay via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards, in Australian dollars. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Your order will not be picked and packed for shipping until full payment is received. Once your order is submitted and paid for, you cannot add or change to it. Please be certain your order is complete before you check out.

We cannot consolidate or combine two separate orders after you have placed them. All orders are processed separately.

If you want shipment of your bouquet delayed until a specific date, a $15 administration charge will be applied. Otherwise all bouquet orders are shipped as soon as possible.

Please supply complete and accurate payment and delivery details. We cannot be responsible for any loss or delay or failure to deliver or process your order resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided.

We reserve the right to reject your order. If this occurs, we will refund any money paid.


We deliver to Australian addresses, through Australia Post and Aramex courier. We can deliver to PO Boxes. We will deliver your bouquet by the most efficient method possible, based on your delivery location.

You can order from outside Australia, if the bouquet is to be delivered to an Australian address. Please allow for currency exchange fees applied by your bank.

We pack and ship as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Please allow on average 1-3 working days from receipt of order for packing; and 1-2 working days from date of shipment for delivery.

We generally do not ship on Fridays before Monday Public Holidays, to limit the time your bouquet spends in transit.

Delivery of parcels depends on Australia Post, or the courier companies in urban areas, so we do not have control over this.

You will be sent an order tracking number via email as soon as we receive payment and start to process your order. We will email you to let you know when your parcel has been shipped, so you can track its progress.

Delivery charges will be shown in your checkout form. You can also find estimated charges in My Cart before checkout.


All our orders are hand packed with care, and leave our nursery in the very best condition possible. However, issues can arise in transit which we have no control over.
Please check all product descriptions before ordering, we try to give as much information as possible including care notes and dimensions. Please check your order when it arrives.

If your bouquet order is incorrect, or arrives in poor condition as a result of shipping issues, please contact our customer service department directly, by phone (07) 5442 3555 or email via the website form, as soon as possible. If you do not phone or email our customer service within 3 days of receipt we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.

Contacting us via our social media accounts is not a substitute, as we do not check those accounts daily and cannot track your orders through their platforms.

Let us know your full name, address, and order number if you have it, so we can track your order faster.

You will need to email us photographs of the plants so we can see the problem and take steps to identify and rectify it.

If your bouquet is not the one you ordered, or arrives in poor condition, we will issue a refund for the value of your plants, or mail you a replacement bouquet if we have it available.

If you have ordered the wrong bouquet, or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for bouquets bought in error.

We will not refund shipping costs.


Your personal contact information is only collected for the purposes of fulfilling your order, communicating with you about your order, and sending you information on our products via email and or SMS. In placing your order, or signing up for our newsletter, you agree for us to retain your personal information for that purpose. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We do not hold any credit/debit card details. If you pay online, these are held by third party payment providers to ensure maximum security.
